EXQUISITE ORGANIC GASTRONOMY
Dar El Sadaka is a fully serviced experience including dining service à la carte.
For nearly twenty years, Dar El Sadaka’s house chef, Madame Hassna, has been delighting guests with a refined, flavourful cuisine that draws on international influences and reinterprets Moroccan classics with lightness, creativity and a delicate balance of spices. There are plenty of options available to ensure all tastes are catered for, whether guests want Moroccan classics, vegan, sugar-free or detox meals or everything in between.
Jams are homemade, honey is harvested on site, and our own extra virgin olive oil enriches every table. Vegetables and aromatic herbs are sourced from the estate’s organic gardens and small local farms, as well as organic markets. Seafood comes from trusted fishermen in Oualidia and Dakhla, while meat and poultry are supplied by an independent butcher who rears his animals on a nearby farm.
Guests can have visitors and we arrange private receptions for up to around 30 people during your stay on request. However, larger events and bachelor(ette) parties are not possible. We do not accept venue hire reservations.

Please note that dining service at Dar El Sadaka is available to staying guests only. Also, it is not possible for guests to self-cater or bring in an external chef.
During the holy month of Ramadan, we kindly ask guests to adjust their dinner times and allow our team approximately twenty minutes each evening to break the fast at sunset. We continue to manage our stock and serve alcohol to our guests during this period.

DAILY DINING
Meals can be enjoyed in a variety of settings, including the mimosa courtyard, the green pergola, the covered terrace with the black donkey and the dining room beside Solange, our monumental giraffe. Guests may begin their day with a generous brunch by the pool, enjoy a BBQ with skewers from starters to desserts, or indulge in one of our Signature dining experiences.
For each meal, guests are invited to choose in advance whether they would like a casual meal, a brunch, a BBQ or a Signature experience, and to select dishes from our menus to create a set menu for their party. Within any group, guests with food allergies or specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, nut-free, gluten-free, etc.) may of course choose alternative dishes.
Menus change daily and with the seasons. Children’s menus are prepared according to parents’ instructions.
Please note that there is no in-room dining service, and the kitchen closes at night. Snacks prepared in advance are available upon request.
