Eat & Celebrate


At Dar El Sadaka, all meals are composed daily by our kitchen staff, overseen by Chef Madame Hassna. The cuisine is refined yet authentic, Moroccan and international, and made with fresh produce, always organic. Vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic and detox menus are also available.

Fresh Herbs

Jams are home-made, honey comes from our hives and we produce our first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Vegetables and herbs grow in our property garden and also come from small local organic farms.

Seafood is sourced from carefully selected fishermen on the coast at Oualidia & Dakhla. Meat and poultry is provided by an independent local butcher who raises cattle and poultry on his own farm.

Depending on the season, enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners in our mimosa courtyard, on the covered terrace with the donkey, in the shade under our green pergola or in our dining room with the giraffe. Start your day with a rich brunch buffet or try our signature BBQ party by the swimming pool.

Sample Menu

Our menus vary with the seasons and our food preparations change every day. According to family tradition, we kindly ask our guests to choose in advance one starter, one main course and one dessert, for their entire table. All meals can be adapted to the taste of your little ones.


Half-Board: € 35 per adult / € 15 per child (4 to 12 years old)
Full-Board: € 55 per adult / € 20 per child (4 to 12 years old)
Buffet Brunch: From € 40 per adult / € 20 per child (4 to 12 years old)
Signature BBQ: € 50 per adult / € 25 per child (4 to 12 years old)

Kindly note that drinks are not included. Complementary dining for children who are less than 4 years old.

Dar El Sadaka offers a wonderful setting for extraordinary and unique culinary experiences that can be shared and remembered. During your stay, you may enjoy our enchanted Dinner Under the Tree of 1001 Candles, let yourself be drawn into the sumptuous oriental ambiance of our Dinner in the Caïdale Tent, treat yourself to our Gastronomic Dinner on Astronomic Terrace, or feel again, the time of a meal, the sensations of your childhood at the table d’hôtes of The Giant’s House.


A stellar dinner on Dar El Sadaka’s dominating rooftop terrace. Sitting at a table entirely dressed in black, you may choose to enjoy our finest meals in the presence of an astronomer, who will guide you as you observe the sky, during this intimate rendez-vous with the stars.
